Kanu Nwankwo Meet Up With Former Boss Arsene Wenger.
Nigeria Professional Footballer, Kanu Nwankwo recently linked up with his former Manager, Arsene Wenger and it’s absolutely amazing seeing them both together once again after so many years.
ESPN UK shared the photo of the moment the two Arsenal Legend linked up on their official Facebook page and they accompanied it with a caption which read: “Arsene Wenger and Kanu Nwankwo, forever a Gunner”, they wrote and it stirred massive reactions from football fans across the globe with many taking to the comment section to react.
In the above photo, Kanu Nwankwo could be clearly spotted alongside his former Boss, Arsene Wenger and they both seem really excited upon meeting each other judging from the smile they wore on their faces and it’s absolutely amazing.
Recall that Wenger signed Kanu in February, 1999 for Arsenal Football Club and the player made his debut for the club against Sheffield United in the FA Cup. The Former Nigeria Professional Footballer of the year spent 5 years working under Wenger at Arsenal and he won several titles under the guidance of the Frenchman.
He won the FA Cup in 2003 with the Gunners, he was also part of the side that finished the 2003/2004 season undefeated In the English Premier League. Kanu Nwankwo and Arsene Wenger are among the biggest names in the history of Arsenal Football Club and seeing both of them together is a thing of joy for football fans.
